Our Farm
In the morning
the mist settles on the hilltops
the treetops stretch above the clouds.
Dense forests meet lush pastures,
fossils trace their prehistoric shapes along the gorge.
Sheep make their way across the landscape
like another fluffy cloud.
Mushrooms are at work in the greenhouses,
under the earth,
continuing the complex woven cycles of life.

Seasonal Varieties Available
We take pride in our dedication to growing some of the best local mushrooms available. Our selections vary from season to season but our usual highlights include Lion's Mane and a an array of Oyster Mushrooms.
Heritage Fiber Products
Yarn, Home Goods, and More
Our collection of handmade fiber goods is crafted from the luxurious wool sourced from our flock of beloved sheep. We incorporate a range of heritage breeds, including Icelandic, Shetland, and Wensleydale fibers, showcasing the unique qualities of each variety.
Unique and limited, our yarns are all handspun and hand dyed in our home studio.
Currently our products are only available at the Ithaca Farmer's Market.
